造血干细胞移植患者自我管理体验质性研究的Meta整合
Qualitative studies of self-management experiences in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients:A Meta-integration
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the self-management experiences of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)and to provide a basis for formulating intervention measures in clinical practice. Methods Qualitative studies on self-management in HSCT patients were searched in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Scopus,PsycINFO,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP and SinoMed from the beginning of the database to November 2025.The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal checklist for qualitative research. Results were synthesized using Meta-integration.Results Seven studies were included.Forty-five codes were extracted and synthesized into seven categories, which were further aggregated into three analytical themes:Development of self-management capabilities during life reconstruction in HSCT patients;Inner drive for self-management in HSCT patients;Challenges and barriers to self-management in HSCT patients. The study innovatively proposed and interpreted a"driving-restricting"systems framework and interpreted its connotation. Conclusion The self-management capabilities of HSCT patients are influenced by multiple factors.Concerted attention from patients'families, healthcare providers, and society is required to construct a multidimensional support system. This system should assist patients in self-adjustment and facilitate their reintegration into normal life.关键词
