黄连润肌膏联合复方氟米松软膏治疗轻中度寻常型银屑病的临床疗效观察
Observation on the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 90 patients with psoriasis who were treated at Guilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into treatment group(Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment for external use),control group A(Huanglian Runji ointment for external use),and control group B(compound flumetasone ointment for external use)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),pruritus degree,hemorheology and therapeutic effect of three groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the PASI score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score for pruritus,whole blood viscosity,high-cut whole blood viscosity,and low-cut whole blood viscosity of three groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The PASI score,VAS score for pruritus,whole blood viscosity,high-cut whole blood viscosity and low-cut whole blood viscosity of patients in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group A and control group B(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group A and control group B(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group B(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction were observed in all three groups of patients during the treatment.Conclusion Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment has a definite therapeutic effect on mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris,is convenient to use,and is worthy of promotion in primary care settings.关键词
