发酵乳杆菌CECT5716联合阳和汤治疗阴证非哺乳期乳腺炎的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716 combined with Yanghe decoction in the treatment of Yin syndrome non-lactating mastitis(NLM).Methods A total of 42 patients with Yin syndrome NLM admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from April 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into combined group(22 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine group(20 cases)according to the random number table method.The combined group was treated with Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716 combined with Yanghe decoction,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Yanghe decoction.The 36-item short form health survey(SF-36),TCM syndrome score,granulomatous mastitis disease activity index(GMDAI),breast appearancy-related indicators and clinical treatment effective rate of two groups of patients were compared.Results After the treatment,the scores of each dimension and total score of SF-36,TCM syndrome score,GMDAI,mass size and nipple discharge of patients in combined group were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).The role physical,social function,and percentage reduction in TCM syndrome score of patients in combined group were significantly better than those in traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in combined group was slightly higher than that in traditional Chinese medicine group(72.7%vs.60.0%),but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(χ2=0.764,P=0.382).Conclusion Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716 combined with Yanghe decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of NLM patients with Yin syndrome,improve breast appearance,reduce disease activity,enhance quality of life and treatment effectiveness,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
