Abstract
This paper is based on the theory of life cycle assessment and selects the Gaoyan Trisamine veneer series solid wood composite paint-free doors as the research object to calculate and analyze their full life cycle carbon footprint.The study shows that the full life cycle carbon footprint of this door product is 213.9 kg CO2e per unit,of which 70.0%comes from the raw material acquisition stage,14.4%from the manufacturing and packaging stage,11.5%from the use and maintenance stage,and 4.1%from the transportation stage.Based on the carbon footprint analysis results,this paper proposes systematic low-carbon design strategies from five stages:raw material acquisition,manufacturing and packaging,transportation,use and maintenance,and recycling,providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the low-carbon transformation of the wooden door industry.关键词
