小儿推拿治疗儿童功能性消化不良的疗效观察
Observation on the Efficacy of Pediatric Tuina in Treating Functional Dyspepsia in Children

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage therapy for functional dyspepsia in children.Method:Children(n=72)with functional dyspepsia admitted to the Xujing Town Community Health Service Center in Qingpu District,Shanghai,from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected for the study.The children were divided into a control group(n=36)and an intervention group(n=36)using a random number table method.The control group and intervention group were treated with Jianweixiaoshi Oral Liquid and pediatric massage therapy,respectively.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,appetite regulating factor levels,and the Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)were observed in both groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate Ghrelin and NPV levels were significantly higher than the control group.TCM syndrome score,the levels of ghrelin and neuropeptide Y(NPY)the Leptin level and the NDI score of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with functional dyspepsia,massage therapy has a remarkable effect.It can regulate the levels of appetite factors in the children and promote the recovery of digestive functions.关键词
