Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy(CAES)on patients with internal hemorrhoids.Method:502 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted to Qianxi People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=251)and an observation group(n=251)using a random number table.The control group received conservative treatment,while the observation group received CAES.The surgical outcomes,postoperative pain scores,and complications between two groups were comapred.Result:The observation group had shorter surgery and hospitalization time compared to the control group.The visual analog scale(VAS)was lower than that of the control group 12 and 24 hours after surgery,and the postoperative anorectal motility index levels were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of complications was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CAES is more effective in treating internal hemorrhoids,reducing postoperative pain,accelerating the recovery of anorectal dynamics,with fewer complications.关键词
