中药灸贴穴位对HoLRP围术期预防低体温及寒战效果研究
Study on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Moxibustion on Acupoints in Preventing Hypothermia and Shivering During the Perioperative Period of HoLRP

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion on acupoints in preventing perioperative hypothermia and shivering in patients undergoing holmium laser resection of the prostate(HoLRP).Method:90 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who underwent HoLRP treated in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were included.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 45 cases each using the random number table method.The control group used traditional heat preservation intervention method before surgery,and the experimental group combined with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion on acupoints on this basis.The body temperature,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,anesthesia duration,operation duration,total infusion volume,total lavage volume,number of cases of chills and cases of hypothermia were compared between the two groups at different time points.Result:Compared with the time when entering the room,the core body temperature of both groups decreased 60 min during the operation and at the end of the operation,and was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the time of entering the room,there were no statistics on the heart rate and mean arterial pressure at each time point in the experimental group.There was a scientific difference(P>0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure at the end of the operation in the control group were lower than when entering the room,and the average arterial pressure 60 min during the operation was lower than when entering the room(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the operation time,anesthesia duration,total infusion volume,total lavage volume(P>0.05).The incidence of shivering in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion on acupoints has a significant effect on preventing hypothermia and shivering during the perioperative period of HoLRP.It can maintain the stability of core body temperature,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and various indicators during the perioperative period.关键词
