耳穴压豆联合八段锦锻炼对慢阻肺合并肌少症患者的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Auricular Acupressure Combined with Baduanjin Exercise in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Sarcopenia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the comprehensive clinical effects of auricular acupressure combined with Baduanjin exercise on respiratory function,exercise endurance,sleep and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with sarcopenia.Method:74 patients with COPD and sarcopenia from Tong'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=37)and an observation group(n=37)using a random number table.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment(including medication,oxygen therapy,nutritional support,and routine health education).The observation group received additional intervention with auricular acupressure combined with guided Baduanjin exercise on the basis of the control group.Respiratory function,exercise endurance,sarcopenia-related indicators,sleep quality,and quality of life were assessed and compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the indicators such as the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second to the predicted value(FEV1%pred),the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),exercise endurance,nutritional appetite,sarcopenia,quality of life,sleep quality and total effective rate of the observation group were all better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupressure combined with Baduanjin exercise can effectively improve respiratory function,exercise endurance,and muscle mass in elderly patients with COPD and sarcopenia,and further optimize their sleep and quality of life.关键词
