摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary continuous nursing led by physical examination center on blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes undergoing physical examination.Method:88 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2MD)who underwent physical examination in the Physical Examination Center of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the test group(n=44)and the conventional group(n=44).The routine group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received multidisciplinary continuing nursing care led by a physical examination center for 3 months. The health literacy,self-management behavior, and blood glucose levels of two groups of patients before and after nursing care were compared.Result:After nursing, the scores of health literacy questionnaire and diabetes self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the test group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing, the fasting blood glucose(GLU),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in both groups were lower than before nursing, and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary continuing care led by the physical examination center can improve the health literacy of elderly patients with diabetes, improve their self-management behavior, and effectively control the blood sugar level.关键词
