摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value and effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of elderly patients with inguinal hernia.Method:According to the random number table method,80 elderly patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Wuzhong District,Suzhou City from February 2022 to May 2024 during were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with traditional open hernia repair, while the experimental group underwent laparoscopic minimally invasive inguinal hernia repair. The effective rate of treatment, postoperative recovery conditions(first exhaust, time to get out of bed, length of hospital stay, hospitalization cost),pain score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The therapeutic effect data in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time(first exhaust, first getting out of bed, hospitalization)of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The incidence of complications(incision infection, hematoma formation, chronic pain)in the experimental group(P<0.05)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).From 1 to 3 days after the intervention, the pain score of the experimental group decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic minimally invasive inguinal hernia repair is superior to traditional open hernia repair in terms of improving the treatment efficiency, accelerating postoperative recovery, reducing pain and lowering the incidence of complications.关键词
