Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of implementing a bundle-based nursing approach on the nursing outcomes and satisfaction levels in the safety management of body position during lumbar scoliosis correction surgery.Method:90 patients undergoing lumbar scoliosis correction surgery admitted to the Spinal Department of Shunde Hospital Affiliated with Jinan University from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group of by simple random number table method with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The observation group had better surgical position placement time,surgical time,postoperative complications,and satisfaction than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the placement time of surgical position was positively correlated with the incidence of complications(r=0.611,P=0.016),and positively correlated with the duration of surgery(r=0.561,P=0.003).Conclusion:Implementing bundle-based nursing for patients undergoing lumbar scoliosis correction surgery can improve the surgical nursing efficiency and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
