摘要
Abstract
Septic shock is a critical condition characterized by acute cardiovascular decompensation and hemodynamic impairment secondary to severe infection.Early identification of high-risk patients and implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions are crucial for improving prognosis.Characterization of real-time cardiovascular responses during resuscitation—unables early detection of potentially catastrophic trajectories via rapid bedside diagnostics or intuitive physiological indicators.This review delineates determinants and evaluative methodologies pertaining to vascular tone and vascular reactivity in septic shock.关键词
