摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the occurrence of intestinal adhesions and the influencing factors in patients with inguinal hernia undergoing laparoscopic anterior abdominal wall tension-free repair(TAPP).Method:Convenience sampling was employed to select 120 patients admitted to Guiyang Baiyun Youai Hospital from September 2023 to July 2025.Patients were divided into an adhesion group and a non-adhesion group based on post-TAPP intestinal adhesion status, and logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the risk factors for intestinal adhesion in these patients.Result:Among the 120 patients,34(28.33%)developed intestinal adhesions after TAPP.Univariate analysis showed statistically significant correlations between age, diabetes, abdominal surgical history, mesh type, and postoperative bed rest duration(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age>60 years(OR=4.569),history of diabetes(OR=6.778),history of abdominal surgery(OR=7.500),high-molecular-weight mesh(OR=5.402),and postoperative bed rest duration>1 day(OR=4.971)were risk factors for intestinal adhesion after TAPP in inguinal hernia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors for intestinal adhesion after TAPP in inguinal hernia patients are diverse, including age>60 years, history of diabetes, history of abdominal surgery,high-molecular-weight mesh, and postoperative bed rest duration>1 day.Clinicians should prioritize monitoring these high-risk groups and implement targeted preventive measures.关键词
