摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of antibiotic-loaded bone cement and conventional dressing changes in the treatment of lower limb soft tissue infections with ulcers.Method:63 patients with lower limb soft tissue infections and ulcers admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yancheng City from January 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into Group A(30 cases, complete debridement in the first stage, antibiotic bone cement filling, and suturing, skin grafting,or skin flap repair in the second stage)and Group B(33 cases, complete debridement in the first stage, routine dressing change, and suturing, skin grafting,or skin flap repair in the second stage). Both groups completed a 6-month follow-up after surgery to compare the positive rate of bacterial culture in wound secretions, granulation tissue growth time, and infection recurrence rate between the two groups.Result:The positive rate of bacterial culture in postoperative wound secretions in Group A was lower than that in Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The granulation growth time of Group A was shorter than that of Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate of infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lower limb soft tissue infections accompanied by ulcers,antibiotic-loaded bone cement can effectively promote wound healing while participating in anti infection treatment, with satisfactory therapeutic effects compared to conventional dressing changes.关键词
