摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of early phased pulmonary rehabilitation training on patients with severe pneumonia.Method:70 patients with severe pneumonia in the Longyan First Hospital from January 2022 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were grouped by the random number table method. The control group(35 cases)received routine care, and the observation group(35 cases)received early phased pulmonary rehabilitation training under the concept of ICF.The pulmonary function after intervention, the clinical effect after implementation, the occurrence of complications during the intervention period, and the quality of life of patients after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:On the day of transfer out of the ICU,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),and peak respiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation, the mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time and hospital stay time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, but the weaning success rate was higher than that in the control group the score of the Comprehensive Quality of Life Questionnaire(GQOL-74)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the intervention period, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early staged pulmonary rehabilitation training under the ICF concept for patients with severe pneumonia can improve their pulmonary function, shorten their hospital stay, help them weaned off the ventilator smoothly, reduce the incidence of complications during the intervention period, and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
