Abstract
Objective:Analysis of the preventive effect of refined nursing combined with intermittent pneumatic compression on the formation of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in the lower limbs of ICU patients.Method:Eighty patients admitted to the Shanghai Yangpu Central Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups received routine nursing and refined nursing interventions on the basis of intermittent pneumatic therapy.The incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis and serological indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)in both groups decreased significantly compared to before the intervention.The prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were significantly prolonged,and the experimental group performed better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After intervention,both groups of patients showed changes in lower limb circumference and blood flow velocity indicators compared to before intervention.The experimental group had significantly lower lower limb circumference indicators and significantly higher blood flow velocity indicators than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing combined with intermittent pneumatic compression therapy can effectively improve the lower limb hemodynamic indicators of ICU patients,increase blood flow velocity,reduce the incidence of DVT,and have a positive preventive effect.关键词
