摘要
Abstract
To address the problems of large space occupation,high energy loss,insufficient dynamic control performance,and complicated installation and maintenance in the drive system of belt conveyors at bulk cargo terminals,this paper conducts research on the application of a high-voltage permanent magnet synchronous variable-frequency integrated machine in belt conveyors.Focusing on the requirements of low-speed high-torque direct-drive operating conditions,systematic analyses are carried out from three aspects:electromagnetic structure optimization of the permanent magnet motor,high-voltage variable-frequency drive with sensorless intelligent control,and electromechanical-thermal multi-physics integrated design.Experimental verification is conducted to evaluate the system performance.The experimental results show that the integrated machine exhibits excellent performance in terms of efficiency,power factor,dynamic response,and temperature rise control,with significant engineering application effects.This study provides a reference for the integration and high-efficiency development of belt conveyor drive systems at bulk cargo terminals.关键词
