老年共病中西医协同管理策略探索
Strategy Exploration for Integrative Medicine in Geriatric Multimorbidity Care

Abstract
Objective With the intensification of global aging,the coexistence of multiple chronic diseases in the elderly has become a key challenge in geriatric medicine.The core contradictions are reflected in three aspects:the coexistence of complexity and individual specificity of comorbidities,the conflict between treatment goals,and the superimposition of risks from multiple medications,as well as the poor connection between acute episodes and the long-term management of chronic diseases.This study,based on the core theories of Chinese medicine(CM),clearly identifies"five-organ deficiency"as the key pathogenesis of geriatric comorbidities.It takes"Ten Principles of Syndrome Differentiation"as the theory to systematically explain the advantages of CM in prevention and treatment.It practices the concept of"integration of health preservation and treatment"through multi-dimensional sequential diagnosis and treatment,adapting to the dynamic evolution of comorbidities.It takes the idea of"preventing disease before it occurs"as the technical basis,reducing the risks of multiple medications and complications through a"combination of prevention and treatment".On this basis,it innovatively proposes three paths for the collaborative prevention and treatment of geriatric comorbidities,integrating"combination of disease and syndrome"with multi-omics and artificial intelligence technologies to build a precise risk prediction model.It focuses on common molecular targets of comorbidities,leveraging the multi-component and multi-target advantages of CM compound prescriptions and the synergistic effects of targeted Western medicine treatment,supplemented by multi-link interventions of appropriate CM techniques.Relying on interdisciplinary collaboration,it establishes a multi-modal co-treatment system.This study aims to comprehensively enhance the care level of geriatric comorbidities,providing innovative ideas and practical paths for elderly health management,and promoting the transformation of elderly medical services from a single-disease model to a multi-disease co-treatment model.However,the theoretical effectiveness still needs to be verified by large-sample clinical studies,and the detailed plans for specific comorbidity combinations need further exploration.关键词
