Fuzheng Jiedu Therapy for Small Cell Lung Cancer:A Multi-Dimensional Spatiotemporal Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"temporal-spatial differentiation and treatment of tumors"originates from the holistic view of"harmony between heaven and humanity"in Chinese medicine(CM),emphasizing the dynamic interplay between temporal evolution and spatial progression in tumor development.Based on this theory,this paper elucidates the multidimensional regulatory effects of the"reinforcing vital qi and eliminating toxins"method on small cell lung cancer(SCLC).The CM pathogenesis of SCLC centers on"healthy qi deficiency and toxin accumulation",which temporally manifests as a dynamic progression of"latent toxin-toxin stagnation-healthy qi deficiency"along with"post-treatment toxin damage",and spatially as invasion and metastasis driven by the"struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic factors."This therapeutic method achieves temporal coupling through stage-based intervention--prioritizing detoxification in limited-stage and reinforcing healthy qi in extensive-stage and restores spatial homeostasis by regulating visceral qi and blood at the macroscopic level while modulating the tumor immune microenvironment at the microscopic level.Integrating modern insights into tumor spatiotemporal heterogeneity with multi-omics,spatial transcriptomics,and artificial intelligence,a tripartite"temporal evolution-spatial remodeling-efficacy emergence"dynamic model can be constructed,offering a quantifiable and predictive framework for optimizing precision SCLC interventions through integrated Chinese and Western medicine,as well as a new approach for the modern interpretation of CM oncological theories.关键词
