摘要

Abstract

Teachers are a decisive factor in shaping educational quality.Professional master students in vocational and technical education represent a critical force in building a high-quality vocational education teaching workforce,bearing the core mission of cultivating competent specialist subject teachers for vocational schools.However,the training of professional master students in vocational and technical education is currently confronted with three dilemmas:neglect from both enrollment and employment,a persistent shortage of high-quality teachers for secondary vocational schools,and a continuous decline in the willingness of high-level universities to offer such programs.These dilemmas stem from two sources:internally,the lack of distinctive connotations caused by historical inertia;externally,the shift in training focus brought about by new positioning in the new era.Against the backdrop of the new era,interdisciplinary construction has provided institutional conditions for cultivating interdisciplinary competence among professional master students in vocational education;digital transformation has raised higher requirements for their digital literacy;and the integrated development of education,science and technology,and talents has driven the paradigm shift in their training.Accordingly,to construct a vocational education teacher training system,efforts should be made to improve relevant legislation for vocational education teachers and deepen institutional reform in training professional master students;advance categorized reforms of full-time and part-time training models and strengthen connotation-oriented development;coordinate pre-service training and in-service professional development to build a comprehensive chain for the professional growth of vocational education teachers.
