职教教师深度参与企业实践意愿的影响机制研究
Research on the Influencing Mechanism of Vocational Education Teachers'Willingness to Deeply Engage in Enterprise Practice

Abstract
Delving into the influencing factors and mechanisms of vocational education teachers'willingness to deeply engage in enterprise practice holds significant guiding implications for their professional development under the context of industry-education integration.By integrating the Theory of Planned Behavior and Norm Activation Theory,this study constructs a model for vocational education teachers'willingness to deeply engage in enterprise practice.A nationwide sample of 602 vocational education teachers was selected for empirical research using literature review,questionnaire surveys,and PLS-SEM analysis.The results indicate that behavioral attitudes,perceived behavioral control,subjective norms,consequence awareness,and personal norms exert significant positive impacts on vocational education teachers'willingness to deeply engage in enterprise practice.Consequence awareness indirectly influences other factors,while subjective norms and others indirectly affect participation willingness through multiple mediating pathways.Responsibility attribution indirectly influences participation willingness through personal norms.Based on these findings,China should build a standardized and guidance-oriented value environment,and strengthen demonstration mechanisms and group diffusion effects;embed the cultivation of professional ethics,and promote the formation of a development path featuring internalized responsibility;improve the institutional supply structure,and establish a stable support system for organizational contexts.关键词
