Dilemmas Examination and Promotion Strategies for High-quality Employment of Vocational College Graduates in the Digital Age

Abstract
The employment environment in the digital age presents a complex landscape characterized by technology-driven,human-machine collaboration,and deep integration between traditional and digital industries,marked by rapid iteration and high uncertainty.This poses more severe challenges for vocational college graduates to achieve high-quality employment.High-quality employment is reflected in the coordinated improvement of both employment volume and quality,specifically encompassing the accessibility of employment opportunities,job satisfaction in terms of position matching,and the sustainable development of vocational capabilities for graduates.However,there exists a dynamic imbalance between vocational education and the job market in the digital age,leading to multiple dilemmas for vocational college graduates in achieving high-quality employment:prominent contradictions between the increasing group size and shrinking job positions,a bidirectional disconnection between talent cultivation models and job requirements,and value conflicts between further education orientation and capability orientation.Based on this,it is necessary to scientifically assess the employment situation,focus on alleviating structural employment contradictions,understand market trends to enhance students'employability,meet the demands of the digital age by improving students'digital skills,and comprehensively implement career education to guide students in breaking free from the constraints of academic qualifications to promote high-quality employment of vocational colleges graduates.关键词
