Abstract
Pulmonary nodule refers to solid or subsolid shadows with focal,round-like,and increased density on Chest CT Images.According to their density,they can be divided into solid nodules,pure ground-glass nodules,and partial solid nodules.Clinically further according to the number of lesions,they can be divided into solitary or multiple nodules.In recent years,the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has been increasing year by year.During long-term clinical observation,it has been found that most patients often have anxiety and tension after being detected pulmonary nodules.In the long run,it will have a certain impact on the life and work of patients.In the treatment of pulmonary nodules,modern medicine mainly adopts dynamic observation or surgical treatment.In addition,relevant studies have shown that treatment with traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in delaying the growth of pulmonary nodules.In the long-term clinical diagnosis and treatment work,Professor YUAN Weizhen,combined with the characteristics of climate,environment and diet in the Guizhou area,applied the Qushi Jiedu Huayu Sanjie decoction(祛湿解毒化瘀散结方)to treat the newly developed multiple pulmonary nodules of damp toxin stasis type in this area within 1 year of diagnosis,and achieved good clinical results.This article aims to introduce the clinical Professor YUAN's experience through case studies,providing a reference for clinical practice.关键词
