基于"温潜法"运用二甲潜阳汤治疗失眠的临床观察
Clinical observation on treating insomnia with Erjia Qianyang Tang based on the"Warming and subduing method"

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Erjia Qianyang Tang(二甲潜阳汤),based on the"Warming and subduing method",for treating patients with insomnia characterized by upper heat and lower cold syndrome and Yang(阳)deficiency with floating fire syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with insomnia due to upper heat and lower cold and Yang deficiency with floating fire were enrolled from Zhuhai Hospital,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2024 and December 2024.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a simple randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received oral estazolam tablets,while the observation group was treated with oral Erjia Qianyang Tang.Neither group was given any other sleep aids.Both groups underwent a 2-week period treatment.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score(TCMSS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)were assessed before and after treatment.Results:Compared to baseline,both groups showed significant reductions in PSQI,TCMSS,and AIS scores.However,the observation group demonstrated statistically significant ameliorations in all scores over the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erjia Qianyang Tang,based on the"Warming and subduing method",can effectively alleviate TCM symptoms,improve sleep quality,and enhance overall quality of life in patients with insomnia due to upper heat and lower cold and Yang deficiency with floating fire.关键词
