帕金森病非运动症状的中医治疗探索——附针药结合治疗肝郁脾虚型疲劳医案
Exploration of TCM in treating non-motor symtomes of Parkinson's diease clinical-a clinical case analysis of acupuncture combined with medication for liver stagnation-spleen dificiency fatigue

Abstract
This study reports one case of Parkinson's disease with liver stagnation-spleen deficiency fatigue treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine.The main symptoms of the patient included involuntary limb tremor,persistent fatigue,depression and anorexia.In terms of treatment,modified Chaihu Longgu Muli Tang(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)was added to relieve liver stagnation,strengthen spleen Qi and regulate the middle Jiao,and along with acupuncture to regulate Qi movement and balance the mechanism.After more than one month of intervention,the scores of Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),Parkinson's disease Fatigue Scale(PFS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and Hoehn and Yahr Scale were decreased,and tremor,fatigue and gastrointestinal symptoms were significantly ameliorated.This case study suggests that the combination of acupuncture and medication can synergistically regulate the"emotion-motor-digestive axis"in Parkinson's disease patients with liver stagnation-spleen deficiency fatigue,providing a new idea for the integrative medicine.关键词
