摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication patterns and mechanisms of Professor SUN Dawu in treating knee Bi(痹)syndrome using data mining and network pharmacology. Methods:Prescriptions were collected from outpatient records of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine between January 2020 and March 2021.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)was utilized to analyze herb frequency, natures, flavors, and meridian tropism.Core herb combinations were identified, followed by network pharmacology validation to predict active components, key targets, and pathways.Molecular docking was performed to verify interactions between components and targets. Results:A total of 169 prescriptions involving 69 herbs were analyzed, predominantly warm-natured with bitter, sweet,or pungent flavors, mainly targeting the liver, spleen, and kidney meridians.Association rule mining analysis, while cluster analysis were perform.Eight herbs[Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Yansusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis),etc.]were selected for network pharmacology.A total of 49 bioactive components,8 342 disease targets, and 61 overlapping targets were identified.Core targets included IL-17,NF-κB p65,TNF,and STAT3,while key components included quercetin,β-sitosterol,and luteolin.Enriched pathways involved NF-κB,PI3K-Akt,and IL-6 signaling passways.Molecular docking confirmed strong binding affinity, notably between IL-6 and β-sitosterol.Conclusion:Professor SUN's treatment emphasizes syndrome differentiation,liver-kidney tonification, and integration of"tonification, circulation, and dampness removal".This approach provides a theoretical foundation for traditional Chinese medicine in managing knee osteoarthritis.关键词
