基于"风药胜湿"理论探讨祛风药在气道黏液高分泌疾病中的应用
Exploration of the application of wind-dispelling Chinese herbs in airway mucus hypersecretion based on the"wind-dispelling herbs conquering dampness"theory

Abstract
Based on the theory of"wind-dispelling herbs conquering dampness"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper discusses the application of wind dispelling medicine in airway mucus hypersecretion.Firstly,the concept and efficacy of wind medicine and wind-dispelling herbs were analyzed,and their uplifting,divergent and penetrating properties of wind-dispelling herbs and modern pharmacological effects were clarified.Then,the characteristics and relationship between wind evil and damp evil were analyzed,and it was pointed out that wind is the chief of all diseases,and the sticky nature of damp evil tends to descent,and the combination of the two evils can cause the accumulation of airway phlegm-fluid retention.Combined with the theoretical origin of"wind conquers dampness"in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)and the clinical practices of physicians in successive dynasties,this study reveals the core connotation of wind-dispelling herbs eliminating dampness through mechanisms such as dispersing lung Qi(气),invigorating the spleen,and unblocking the triple energizer.Taking the clinical application in bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and other conditions as examples,this paper demonstrates the efficacy of wind-dispelling herbs in improving airway mucus hypersecretion,and illustrates the therapeutic principle of"treating the acute symptoms first in acute stages and addressing the root cause in chronic phases"through a typical medical case.Research shows that the theory of"wind-dispelling herbs conquering dampness"provides a novel therapeutic approach of"regulating Qi movement and resolving latent phlegm"for diseases characterized by airway mucus hypersecretion,highlighting the distinctive feature of holistic treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
