Professor SONG Kang's experience in treating lung obstruction and lung atrophy from the perspective of deficiency-excess complex

Abstract
Objective:To systematically summarize Professor SONG Kang's academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating lung obstruction and lung atrophy from the theory of"deficiency-excess complex",and to construct a complete system of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:By systematically reviewing the theoretical origins and pathological characteristics of lung obstruction and lung atrophy,combined with Professor SONG Kang's clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,we deeply analyzed the clinical application of its treatment system for the two diseases.Results:The study clarified that lung obstruction and lung atrophy are two interrelated and dynamically evolving stages within the same pathological spectrum.The essence of the pathogenesis was the deficiency of Qi(气)and Yin(阴)in the lungs,spleen,and kidneys as the root,and the obstruction of the lung collaterals by phlegm turbidity and blood stasis as the branch,presenting a complex situation of"deficiency in the root and excess in the branch,with both obstruction and atrophy coexisting".Through dynamic syndrome differentiation based on the deficiency-excess complex,significant therapeutic effects were achieved in improving clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression.Conclusion:This study summarizes the characteristic experiences of renowned veteran traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in the diagnosis and treatment of lung obstruction and lung atrophy.By combining traditional theory with dynamic syndrome differentiation,it provides a theoretical basis and practical solutions for the modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung obstruction and lung atrophy,holding significant academic value and clinical importance.关键词
