中药穴位贴敷联合吞咽治疗仪治疗脑梗死吞咽障碍临床研究
Clinical study on TCM acupoint appliction combined with swallowing therapy device for the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupoint application combined with swallowing therapy device in the treatment of patients with post-cerebral infarction dysphagia(PCI-D).Methods:A prospective randomized controlled trail(RCT)design was adopted,and 80 patients with acute PCI-D admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to May 2025 were divided into a combination treatment group(40 cases)and a routine treatment group(40 cases)using a random number table method.Both groups received standardized internal medicine treatment and swallowing function training,and the combined treatment group was given additional TCM acupoint application using specific prescriptions.The treatment effect was evaluated through multi-dimensional indicators such as the Kubota Drinking Water Test and the swallowing function evaluation scale to assess swallowing function in patients with PCI-D.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined treatment group reached 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine treatment group(P<0.05).The swallowing function scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with baseline(P<0.01),and the combined treatment group was better than the routine treatment group in terms of Kubota Drinking Water Test time and swallowing function score.Conclusion:TCM acupoint application combined with modern swallowing therapy device can significantly improve swallowing function in patients with PCI-D,with synergistic advantages of easy operation and good safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
