Exploration of the pathogenesis and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from the perspective of"collateral disease theory"based on pyroptosis
摘要
Abstract
This article briefly analyzes the pathogenesis characteristics of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)from the perspective of the"collateral disease theory",and proposes that"lung heat with collateral stasis"is considered as the key pathogenesis in the development of IPF.As an important mechanism in the occurrence of IPF,pyroptosis shows a high degree of consistency with the theoretical connotation of the"lung heat with collateral stasis"pathogenesis.By exploring the correlation between the two in IPF,this article summarizes the corresponding TCM treatment principles,aiming to open up novel therapeutic approaches for the prevention and treatment of IPF.关键词
