基于三角互证探讨余天泰教授辨治喘证的道术传承研究
A triangulation-based study on the inheritance of Professor YU Tiantai's medical philosophy and techniques in managing dyspnea syndrome based on syndrome differentiation

Abstract
Objective:This study employed a triangulation approach to systematically deconstruct and summarize the multidimensional implications of Professor YU Tiantai's"Medical Dao(道)"(philosophy)and"Medical Shu(术)"(techniques)in differentiating and treating dyspnea syndromes,thereby exploring a new paradigm for the inheritance of renowned senior traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)experts'experience.Methods:A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative research was used to deeply mine and cross-validate triangulated data from"interviews,observations,and literature".Specifically,three-level coding based on grounded theory was applied to interview texts from Professor YU,his apprentices,and his patients.Non-participant observation was conducted to record clinical decision-making logic and the art of clinician-patient communication in outpatient settings.Bibliometrics was utilized to quantitatively analyze the evolution of his academic thoughts and high-frequency medication patterns.A"Dao and Shu"inheritance model was constructed by integrating convergent,complementary,and divergent findings from these multi-source data.Results:Through comprehensive triangulation analysis,a"five-core co-Treatment"model for Professor YU Tiantai's treatment of dyspnea syndromes was established.This includes the cores of Reinforcing Yang(阳)and consolidating the foundation,harmonizing Qi(气)and blood,regulating the spleen-stomach pivot,flexible application of classical formulas,and holistic body-mind treatment.With"reinforcing Yang and cultivating vitality"as the theoretical kernel,this model externalizes into a multidimensional framework of"Three Guidelines defining direction(Yang Qi as the root,Qi-blood regulation,classical formula usage)-four methods for treatment(Yin(阴)-Yang differentiation,warming and dredging treatment,spleen-stomach regulation,body-mind synchronization)-two essentials for ensuring efficacy(strict rules,full-process management)".This structure embodies the academic characteristics of"warming and dredging as the method"and"co-regulation of form and spirit".Conclusion:Professor YU Tiantai's approach to dyspnea syndromes centers on the"five cores",achieving an organic integration from the"Dao"of theory to the"Shu"of technique.This study demonstrates that the triangulation strategy can effectively mitigate validity bias inherent in single-dimension analysis and fully reconstruct the holistic landscape of renowned doctors'experience,offering a valuable methodological reference for the digital and standardized inheritance of TCM academic schools.关键词
