Exploration on the diagnosis and treatment of throat diseases in TCM based on the theory of"treating persistent heat after taking cold-natured medicines from the perspective of Yin"
摘要
Abstract
This study is based on the increasing prevalence of throat diseases and addresses clinical issues related to the overuse of antibiotics or cold medicines.It focuses on the theory and treatment principle in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》):"treating persistent heat after taking cold-natured medicines from the perspective of Yin(阴)".The study aims to systematically explore its guiding value in the differentiation and treatment of throat diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).By reviewing physicians'understanding of throat diseases throughout history,it's related to Wen(温),Re(热),Yi(疫),Du(毒).The study further examines the profound connotations of"treating persistent heat after taking cold-natured medicines from the perspective of Yin"in terms of philosophy,diagnosis,therapy,and prescription.In terms of treatment,taking the triple Jiao(焦)-Zangfu(脏腑)as the guideline,different levels of therapeutic methods and prescriptions such as clearing and dispersing lung Qi(气),nourishing the stomach with sweet-cold herbs,and tonifying the kidney to replenish essence are adopted respectively.Taking"strengthening the source of Yin fluid"as the fundamental treatment principle and moistening the throat as the symptomatic treatment,a treatment system with distinct levels and with consideration of both root causes and symptoms is thus constructed.Based on this theory,this study discusses the treatment of throat diseases from a"Zhuang Shui"(壮水)perspective,providing a reference for the differentiation and treatment of throat diseases in TCM.关键词
