自拟"轻肝饮"联合宫廷灸治疗痰瘀互结型代谢相关脂肪性肝病的疗效观察
Therapeutic efficacy of Qing Gan Yin combined with imperial moxibustion in the treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qing Gan Yin(轻肝饮)combined with imperial moxibustion in treating metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)with phlegm-stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with MAFLD phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group received Gexia Zhuyu Tang(膈下逐瘀汤)combined with Er Chen Tang(二陈汤),while the treatment group received Qing Gan Yin combined with imperial moxibustion.The total treatment course was 12 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)for liver fat,body mass index(BMI),body weight,waist circumference,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured before and after treatment for efficacy evaluation.Results:After treatment,both groups showed a significant reduction in TCM syndrome scores compared to baseline(P<0.01),with the treatment group demonstrating superior improvement over the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment,CAP,BMI,body weight,waist circumference,ALT,AST,TC,TG decreased significantly,and HDL-C levels increased significantly in both groups(all P<0.05),with the treatment group showing greater improvement in CAP,BMI,weight,waist circumference,ALT,AST,TC,TG,and HDL-C compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Qing Gan Yin combined with imperial moxibustion exhibits superior efficacy in treating MAFLD with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome,which more effectively alleviates symptoms,by reducing body weight and waist circumference,and improving CAP,liver function,and lipid profiles.关键词
