基于"厥阴为阖"理论探讨"肝经-腺体病"
A discussion on"liver meridian-glandular diseases"based on the theory of"Jueyin governing closure"
摘要
Abstract
The thyroid, breast, ovary(uterus),prostate, and liver(gallbladder)are critical glands/organs in the human body, which establish intimate connections with the liver meridian of foot-Jueyin(厥阴)(LR)through multiple dimensions, including direct meridian circulation, indirect interconnections, functional correlations, and modern medical mechanisms. In the preliminary phase of this study, our research team validated via scientific and technological novelty retrieval that no literature has reported on the concept of"liver meridian-glandular diseases".A small-scale cross-sectional study further revealed that glandular diseases in the LR meridian circulation region exhibit a"double-high"phenomenon,characterized by a high overall prevalence and a high prevalence of multi-gland involvement.Based on these findings,we pioneeringly put forward the hypothesis of"liver meridian-glandular diseases".The LR is characterized by abundant blood supply but insufficient Qi(气)flow. When the closing mechanism of the LR malfunctions,it tends to induce the accumulation of pathological products(e.g.,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis),which gradually trigger pathological alterations and ultimately lead to the onset of the aforementioned glandular diseases.Grounded in the theory of"Jueyin governing closure",this article systematically explores the potential association mechanisms of"liver meridian-glandular diseases",aiming to provide novel insights and theoretical foundations for the clinical management of such diseases.关键词
