大黄酸作用机制的研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of action of rhein

Abstract
Objective:This review aims to systematically summarize the mechanism of action and research progress of rhein on related diseases,providing references for its clinical application and subsequent in-depth research.Methods:By searching Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,PubMed,and Web of Science,and using keywords such as"rhein","mechanism of action",and"disease treatment",relevant research literature from the past 10 years was screened out.The role,mechanism,and existing problems of rhein in disease prevention and treatment were analyzed using an inductive synthesis method.Results:Research has shown that rhein plays a significant role in the treatment of tumors,inflammatory diseases,metabolic diseases,cardiovascular diseases,etc.,by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis pathway activation,regulating the expression of immune inflammatory factors,scavenging free radicals,and improving insulin resistance.Conclusion:Rhein has multi-target and multi-pathway pharmacological activities,indicating broad potential of clinical application.关键词
