镫骨肌声反射在正常听力耳鸣患者接受医师疗法治疗过程中的变化情况
Changes in acoustic stapedius reflex during Yishi therapy in the treatment of patients with normal hearing tinnitus

Abstract
Objective To observe the changes in ASR in patients with normal hearing but absence acoustic stapedius reflex(ASR)during physician therapy for tinnitus.Methods Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Patients with normal hearing but absence ASR who visited the Tinnitus,Deafness and Vertigo Clinic of our hospital from June 2016 to December 2024 were included.A total of 36 patients(13 males,23 females,median age 40 years)with a total of 42 ears(12 both ears,19 right ears,and 11 left ears)were included.Statistical description and paired t-test were used to compare ASR elicitation and changes in hearing threshold before and after intervention.Results During follow-up,19 ears(45.24％)had ASR from absence to elicited.At follow-up visit,the pure tone hearing threshold of the patient was better than the first visit(P＜0.05).Conclusion After lifestyle adjustment by Yishi therapy,ASR may be elicited in patients with normal hearing but absence ASR,and the specific mechanism and clinical significance need further study.关键词
