Abstract
Standardized training for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)residents is a crucial phase in cultivating qualified clinicians.This paper explores and constructs a tiered training model tailored to individual aptitudes:for non-spe-cialized students,the focus is on mastering ocular manifestations of common systemic diseases and emergency management skills,with core objectives centered on"symptom identification"and"patient referral";For students majoring in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine,the model deepens theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and academic rigor training,with the core objectives being"technical proficiency"and"specialization development".This approach aims to optimize the alloca-tion of teaching resources,enhance the job competency of different categories of residents,and provide a reference for cul-tivating clinical talent in Traditional Chinese Medicine.关键词
