Discussion on the Differentiation and Treatment of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on the Theory of"Injured Spleen and Stomach Cause Diseases"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of"injured spleen and stomach cause diseases,"this paper explores the etiology,pathogenesis,differentiation and treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)from the perspective of protection and nourishment of spleen and stomach.The primary pathogenesis of IBS-D is injured spleen or stomach may lead to the internal accumulation of damp-turbidity,impair the ascending and descending function of Qi,and result in disfunction of the Zangfu orgins.In the treatment of IBS-D,reinforcing and replenishing spleen and stomach serves as the basis,with regulating Qi movement as the core principle and harmonizing Zangfu orgins as the key strategy.Formulas such as Shenling Baizhu Powder can be used to treat IBS-D.A case report is attached.关键词
