便携式热-按摩仪器辅助治疗老年手关节炎的疗效评价:一项随机对照研究
Efficacy evaluation of portable heat-massage device in adjuvant treatment of senile hand arthritis:a randomized controlled study
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of a portable heat-massage device in the adjuvant treat-ment of elderly patients with hand arthritis.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with hand arthritis who were treated in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from June 2021 to June 2024 were collected.A random allocation was prepared using the random number table method(generated by Python code),and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group at a ratio of 1∶1,with 30 cases in each group.A total of 51 elderly patients with hand arthritis completed the follow-up,including 27 cases in the control group(with 3 cases lost to follow-up)and 24 cases in the experimental group(with 6 cases lost to follow-up).For rheumatoid arthritis,standard anti-rheumatic treatment with immunosup-pressants was given;for osteoarthritis,symptomatic treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs com-bined with vitamin D and glucosamine was provided.The experimental group(24 cases)received additional physical therapy with a heat-massage device for 20-30 minutes every morning.The morning stiffness time,stiff-ness severity score,number of painful joints,visual analogue scale score,and health survey short form indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration of morning stiffness,stiffness se-verity score,number of painful joints,and stiffness degree in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the SF-36 score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The addition of heat therapy-massage therapy can significantly relieve the symp-toms of hand arthritis in elderly patients and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
