六君子汤对小儿支气管哮喘疗效及其对肠道菌群、促肾上腺皮质激素和皮质酮水平的调控作用
Effect of Liujunzi Decoction(六君子汤)on Intestinal Flora,Adrenocorticotropin,Corticosterone and Microflora in Children with Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liujunzi Decoction(六君子汤)in the adjuvant treatment of children with bronchial asthma,and its effects on intestinal flora,corticotropin,corticosterone and microflora.Methods A total of 116 chil-dren with bronchial asthma admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Jurong Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from No-vember 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,and 58 patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment and those(58 patients)in the ex-perimental group were treated with Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine,all of whom were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,intestinal flora,adrenocorticotropin and corticosterone before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that(82.76％)of the control group,the overall curative effect was 96.55％(P＜0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group decreased more significantly(P＜0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the levels of cortico-tropin and corticosterone in the experimental group were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with those of the control group,bifidobacte-rium and lactobacillus in the experimental group were higher,and Escherichia coli was lower(P＜0.05).The detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus virescens in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the detection rates of other bacteria groups were not statistically different between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion After the adjuvant treatment of children with bronchial asthma with Liujunzi Decoction,the therapeutic effect is significantly improved,which can effectively improve the imbalance of intestinal flora and promote the recovery of children.It provides solid theoretical support for the clinical application of formulas and fosters the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medi-cine.关键词
