张梅分期辨治放射性肠炎的临证经验
Zhang Mei's Clinical Experience in Stage-Based Differentiation and Treatment of Radiation Enteritis
摘要
Abstract
This article systematically summarizes Professor Zhang Mei's experience in the stage-based treatment of radiation enteritis(RE).The core pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine is"heat-toxin damaging the collaterals,intermingling of deficiency and excess,and impairment of spleen and kidney".According to the characteristics of the course development and the evolution law of RE,it is divided into the acute stage,chronic stage,and sequelae stage,and the treatment principles of"clearing heat and eliminating dampness in the acute stage,replenishing qi and strengthening spleen in the chronic stage,and warming and tonifying spleen and kidney in the long-term stage"are established respectively.This embodies the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine such as syndrome differentiation and treatment,consideration of both the root cause and symptoms,and stage-based treatment,providing a systematic theoretical guidance and practical plan for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine,and helping to improve clinical efficacy.关键词
