2 474例食管鳞状细胞癌患者先天运气与后天发病关联性研究
Study on the Correlation Between Congenital Circuit-Qi and the Onset of Acquired Disease in 2 474 Patients with Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:Based on the theory of five circuits and six qi,this study aims to analyze the correlation between congenital circuit-qi characteristics of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the onset of their acquired disease,so as to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Using a retrospective study,2 474 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma enrolled in the esophageal cancer medical record database established by our team were selected.The SPSS 27.0 statistical software was used to analyze the distribution of various elements of five circuits and six qi corresponding to the patients'birth times,and to summarize the endowment characteristics of their congenital circuit-qi.Results Among patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,the birth dates showed a predominance of the heavenly stems Yi and Gui and the earthly branch Mao.Deficiency of yearly circuit of Metal and Fire were relatively common.Among the primary qi and secondary qi,Yangming Zaojin,Taiyin Shitu,and Shaoyang Xianghuo accounted for high proportions.Regarding celestial and terrestrial managements,the combination of Yangming Zaojin as celestial management and Shaoyin Junhuo as terrestrial management was predominant,with the differences in their distributions were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the acquired onset of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the congenital circuit-qi,and a high proportion of patients are born in years with specific unfavorable circuit-qi combinations.Based on this,treatment principles such as"suppressing the Metal circuit,regulating the ministerial fire,and resolving dampness-turbidity"are proposed.The treatment focuses on lung and liver,supplemented by methods of clearing heat,moistening dryness,resolving phlegm,and removing blood stasis,providing new ideas with potential application value for the prevention and treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.关键词
