Digitalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Practice Guidelines:Current Status,Challenges,and Application Scenarios

Abstract
This article systematically analyzed the significance and current situation of the digital application of clinical practice guidelines in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and identified that the main challenges lie in the structuring of TCM guideline texts,governance of structured data from TCM guidelines,and the integration of digital linear logic with the holistic and dynamic thinking logic of TCM.It is proposed to drive the structuring of TCM guide-line texts using multi-source heterogeneous knowledge fusion technology,achieve data governance of TCM guidelines through semantic interoperability technology,and digitally align TCM thinking logic with the guidelines using intelli-gent decision-making reasoning technology.Through these methods,digital guidelines can empower scenarios such as intelligent decision support,dynamic updates of guidelines,multi-party collaborative diagnosis and treatment,aca-demic inheritance and innovation,and personalized precision medicine.关键词
