Research Progress on the Brittle-to-Ductile Transition Behavior of TiAl Alloy
摘要
Abstract
TiAl alloys have low density and excellent high-temperature properties and are important candidates for achieving weight loss in aeroengine structures with high thrust-weight ratios.As a key mechanical behavior that determines the upper limit of the service temperature of materials,the brittle-to-ductile transition directly affects the reliability and safety of TiAl alloy engineering applications.In this paper,the research progress on the brittle-ductile transition of TiAl alloys in recent years is systematically reviewed.The classification methods,main test methods and criteria,transformation characteristics,key influencing factors and micromechanisms are summarized,and future research directions are proposed.关键词
