Effect of probiotics on the level of IL-10 in the blood and small intestine of broilers
摘要
Abstract
The study investigated the effects of probiotics on interleukin-10(IL-10)levels in the blood and small intestine of broilers.A total of 75 one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into five groups:a control group and four treatment groups i.e.probiotic A group,probiotic B group,probiotic C group,and probiotic D group,respectively.The control group was fed a basal diet.At 21 days of age,blood samples were collected via cardiac puncture,and the small intestine was harvested post-sacrifice.IL-10 levels in the blood and small intestine were measured using the ELISA method.The results showed that IL-10 levels in the blood and small intestine of the probiotic A,B,C,and D groups at 21 days of age were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Probiotics significantly alleviated the immune stress of the broiler's body and intestinal mucosa.关键词
