Application and Reflections on the Treatment of Heart Failure Based on the"Heart-Spleen-Intestine"Axis Theory
摘要
Abstract
Heart failure is the final stage of various cardiovascular diseases,primarily affecting the heart.Its patho-logical changes are closely related to the spleen,and the theory of heart-spleen correlation has garnered significant at-tention in heart failure treatment.The heart and small intestine are internally and externally related,and modern medi-cine studies the impact of gut microbiota metabolites on heart failure treatment.Furthermore,based on the principles of Zang-Xiang(organ manifestation),the spleen and intestines are not two independent organs but have direct or indirect connections.This article elucidates and summarizes the application and considerations of the"heart-spleen-intestine"axis in heart failure by exploring the theoretical understanding of"heart-spleen correlation,""spleen-intestine cor-relation,"and"heart-intestine correlation"and their connection to heart failure,aiming to provide assistance and in-sights for clinical treatment.关键词
