Treatment of Dual Heart Disease based on the Axis of"Yingwwei-Xuanfu-Luomai"
摘要
Abstract
Dual-heart medicine emphasizes the interaction between cardiovascular diseases and psychologi-cal problems.Based on the"Yingwwei-Xuanfu-Luomai"axis theory,it proposes that the core pathogenesis of mutual damage between form and spirit lies in the abnormal circulation of Qi and blood.It further establishes the key roles of abnormal opening and closing of Xuanfu,obstruction of Luomai,and disharmony of Ying-Wei in dual-heart diseases.Through in-depth analysis of the pathogenesis evolution of pathogenic factors obstructing Xuanfu,Qi and blood circu-lation imbalance,and blood stasis,this study summarizes the treatment method of harmonizing Ying-Wei and unblock-ing Xuanfu and Luomai.This involves using Guizhi Tang decoction as the base formula,while flexibly selecting wind-dispelling and insect-based drugs based on their unique effects in regulating Qi and activating blood circulation,while also considering psychological intervention and cardiovascular protection.关键词
