新安郑氏喉科应用紫荆皮的学术特色分析
Analysis of the Academic Characteristics of Zijingpi(Cortex Cercis Chinensis)Application in Xin'an Zheng's Laryngology
摘要
Abstract
Zijingpi(Cortex Cercis Chinensis),the dried bark of the leguminous plant Cercis chinensis,is bitter in taste and neutral in property,possessing the functions of promoting blood circulation,detoxifying,and promoting urination.Through literature review,it has been found to be a commonly used medicinal substance in TCM surgery and traumatology,primarily employed for treating various ulcers,swellings,and traumatic injuries.Based on the un-derstanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Houfeng(acute throat diseases)as"the struggle between pathogenic wind and stagnated heat in the lung and stomach,leading to qi stagnation and blood stasis with internal generation of phlegm-toxin,"the representative work of Anhui Xin'an Zheng's Laryngology,Chonglou Yuyao,utilizes Zijingpi's efficacy in dispelling wind,breaking blood stasis,relieving pain,and promoting diuresis to reduce swelling.Em-ploying it as the sovereign drug in the Zizheng Dihuang Tang(Zizheng Rehmannia Decoction)for treating Houfeng has achieved excellent therapeutic results.Through generations of inheritance,Xin'an Zheng's Laryngology has con-tinuously expanded the clinical application scope of Zijingpi based on a profound understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of otolaryngological diseases,applying it to conditions such as allergic rhinitis,sinusitis,and tinnitus/deafness.This reflects Xin'an Zheng's Laryngology's precise grasp of disease pathogenesis and its academic tenets of"thoroughly comprehending medicinal properties"and"valuing drugs that hit the disease target,"demonstrating con-tinuous innovation and development.关键词
