Comprehensive Control Technology and Application of Process Alarm in Petrochemical Enterprises

Abstract
To address the problems of high alarm rates,numerous invalid alarms and non-standardized re-sponse procedures in petrochemical enterprises,this study developed a comprehensive process alarm manage-ment and control technology based on the alarm lifecycle risk analysis theory.Holistic governance of process a-larms was achieved by rationalizing alarm setting parameters,designing key performance indicators for alarm performance,developing an intelligent alarm management system,and formulating strategies for alarm optimiza-tion and elimination.Practical application results indicated that the proposed technology effectively standardized process alarm management and significantly reduced the frequency of nuisance alarms.Consequently,it en-hanced the capabilities of plant personnel in risk monitoring and abnormality handling,thereby further improving the safe and stable operation of petrochemical units.关键词
