Abstract
To ensure risk controllability during major operational adjustments in refining and chemical en-terprise,guarantee the stable,safe,and environmentally friendly operation of facilities,and elevate overall pro-duction management,this study developed a hierarchical risk management and control platform for a specific re-fining and chemical enterprise.The platform was constructed using IntelliJ IDEA and the JAVA programming language,employing a decoupled front-end and back-end architecture.Furthermore,it integrated essential bus-iness processes,including the online application and review of major operational adjustments,thereby achieving the precise quantification,hierarchical control,and closed-loop management of risks across the entire enter-prise.Practical application results indicated that since its deployment,the platform has yielded significant bene-fits.During periods of major operational adjustments,risks were effectively mitigated,and all production units operated smoothly without any adjustment-induced production fluctuations,ensuring comprehensive control over safety and environmental protection.Consequently,the application of this platform effectively enhances the sci-entific rigor and efficiency of enterprise production management.关键词
